Journeyman Service Plumber

Job Description:

Provide plumbing services in residential and commercial spaces

Job Duties:

  • Maintain and adhere to ND Plumbing Code
  • Provide plumbing service for both contracted commercial customers and residential customers
  • Ability to use cable machines
  • Ability to use freeze kits
  • Repair of hydronic heating components and systems
  • Repair and replacement of domestic water heating equipment
  • Repair and replacement of gas piping systems (BIP & GasTite)
  • Candidate will be in an on-call rotation

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent or trade school education
  • Current journeyman plumbing license required
  • Drain cleaning experience a plus
  • Must hold a valid Driver's License accompanied by a clean MVR (motor vehicle record) for the past 36 months
  • Job may require in-state travel with per diem compensation
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and criminal background check
  • Be able to effectively communicate with both customers and fellow employees
  • Must be dependable and demonstrate respectable work ethic
  • Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift or move heavy objects

Additional Skills Desired:

  • Trade school education is preferred.
